Caroline is a certified PCC coach with the ICF, a certified Organisational Relationships Systems coach, Leadership Circle Profile coach and Positive Intelligence coach. A mother of four, she is also well-versed in the challenges of a working parent and all the learning opportunities that brings.

I am a Certified Co-Active Leadership coach, with significant senior leadership experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, and a mother of four energetic and courageous children.
My corporate career has spanned a number of global corporations in London and New York, including PepsiCo, PwC Consulting & Procter & Gamble, where I have held senior leadership roles in Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, managed large cross-functional teams & advised at board level as Senior Strategy Associate. In addition, I have sat on the board of a start up business and created three businesses of my own.
Channeling my passion for people & purpose, I trained with the world-renowned CTI Coaching & Leadership programmes to blend my industry experience with the coaching skills required to help business leaders and individuals achieve success & fulfilment.
I am also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Coach.
